Meditation

Meditation is a process of reducing mental frequency to lower levels. It is a scientific and proven fact that practicing various Meditation techniques regularly, will keep the mind calm and peaceful at all times.

When we are conscious and engaged in any physical work or mental activity, our mind frequency level is at Beta state (ranges from14 to 40 CPS), when we are in emotionally imbalance mood such as, Anger, Hatred, Jealous, Worry, Fear, Work pressure or any Stressful Situation, our mental frequency goes beyond 25 CPS, which is harmful to physical and Mental wellbeing.

In Resculpt yoga studio, we not only take care of physical wellbeing but also your mental and emotional wellbeing as well. We teach different Meditation techniques to lower the mental frequency level from Beta (> 14 CPS) to Alpha state (13 to 7 CPS), which helps to keep your mind in a stress free, peaceful and hormonious state, irrespective of the external situation.
